⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐If you are looking for a real estate agent who puts 100% effort into her work, always finds the time to answer all of your questions, is professional and honest, Natalia is your person! We have worked with Natalia for over 4 years now. She was our go-to-person when we needed to rent a condo, and she was our go-to person when we decided to buy our first condo (which we got 20+k under asking price!). As first-time home buyers, we didn't know where and how to start the process. Natalia not only put us in contact with our amazing broker, but she also led us through the entire process, making herself available almost 24/7. She was quick to show us new listings, made sure we got our answers from the sellers, always ensured that all bookings were convenient for us, and helped us see which properties were worth the price and which weren't. Natalia was constantly in touch with our real estate lawyers, sellers' agent and our broker to get us information and answers as expediently as possible. When faced with some hiccups after closing (sellers' agent purposefully concealed certain information), Natalia didn't tell us she was done with our deal, she continued to work with us and all the parties involved to resolve whatever issues we've encountered.
